⚠️ International Shipping & Customs Notice
Prepaid return shipping back to your country after repair is covered in your service price. For Canadian orders, an automated Canada Post inbound label is emailed at checkout. For all other international destinations (such as Australia, UK, Europe), you will send your ECM to our shop via your national postal service (e.g. Australia Post) declared as "Repair and Return" (temporary export for repair, $50 core value). Detailed shipping address and customs declaration instructions will appear on your order confirmation.
International shipments cannot be processed under Priority turnaround. Please anticipate approximately double the standard lead time for international repairs to account for cross-border transit and customs clearance.
Any return duties, local taxes, or carrier clearance fees assessed upon arrival back in your country are billed directly to you by the carrier (DDU terms).

⚠️ HISS Enabled Models (Coded Keys & Tracking Advisory)
HISS Enabled models: If your motorcycle has the Honda Immobilization Security System enabled, your key is coded to your ECM and you must send us one of your coded keys in order for a full bench test to be possible.
Since your ECM and coded keys are virtually IRREPLACEABLE, Please be sure to include an AirTag or GPS tracker with your parcel so that we can assist you in tracking it down if it is lost by the shipping company.
